Who is the Santa Clara Bronco Pep Band?
The Santa Clara Bronco Pep Band is the official band for Santa Clara University athletics, made up of undergraduate and graduate students of Santa Clara University, as well as a number of alumni. Currently student run, the Bronco Band is committed to increasing Bronco fans' spirit during the athletic events at which it participates by creating an entertaining and enjoyable environment.

When and where does the Bronco Band perform?
The Bronco Band performs at volleyball and men's and women's basketball games, playing during timeouts, half-time, and before and after each game. The Bronco Band travels with the teams if either team is selected to participate in the NCAA Tournament during March.

The Bronco Band also performs at many other events, including pre-game alumni rallies and community events.

What type of music the does Bronco Band play?
The Bronco Band plays music of all types, including the school's Fight Song and the Ruff Rider Anthem.

Who can join the Bronco Band?
There is only one requirement to join the Bronco Band: one must be a passionate Santa Clara Bronco sports fan and always ready to cheer on the Bronco teams. Instruments of all kinds are welcome. The band encourages all ages of all musical talents to participate.

How can I join the Bronco Band?

Students can also look for fliers at the beginning of the school year or drop by the Bronco Band booth set up during the Club Activities Day in early October. Finally, anyone can approach the band at games for further information.
